Terms of Use

Keep your media well, and respect everyone’s rights.

Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Effective from the day the service is released on the App Store and Google Play

Agreement and effective date

These terms are an agreement between you and JICHUANG DIGITAL LLC (“we”, registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States) about using the Aitun 愛囤 iPhone and Android apps and the official website. By ticking the box to agree when you create an account, or by continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Effective from the day the service is released on the App Store and Google Play. When we change the terms we update the date at the top; material changes will be announced in the app or on the official website. If you keep using the service after a change you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.

Age and eligibility

The service is for people aged 16 and older. You must enter your real birthday when you create an account, and people under 16 cannot create an account. If the law where you live requires a parent’s or guardian’s consent for a minor to use online services, please obtain it first.

Sensitive content is available only to users aged 18 or older, and this limit must not be bypassed.

Your account and security

You sign in with Apple or Google. Please give accurate information, keep your sign-in method safe, do not impersonate others, and do not bypass permissions or use bots. You are responsible for what happens under your account; if you think it has been taken over, tell us right away.

Your content and licence

You keep the rights to what you upload. To provide the service, you allow us to store, back up, convert, generate thumbnails and watermarked previews of, review, and display your content to the people you choose, to the extent needed for the service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account (backups are cleared within the periods in the Privacy Policy).

Only upload, edit and share content you have the right to use, and make sure the people who appear in it have agreed to being photographed and shared. You are responsible for your content.

If you believe content infringes your copyright or other rights, email govoko01@gmail.com with your contact details, the work concerned, where the content is (for example the share link or creator ID) and an explanation, and we will review and handle it.

Sharing, reports and review

Any media to be shared with a second person must first pass human review; if it does not pass, it is not shared. Content that fails review or is judged to be a violation is not shared.

Prohibited content: explicit sexual content; any nudity or sexual content involving minors; content that harms children; graphic violence; intimate images shared without consent; content that infringes others’ rights; and fraudulent, harassing or illegal content. Ordinary family photos or swimwear pictures are not judged a violation merely because of those features.

The app provides reporting, blocking, withdrawing shares and appeals. We review reports; violating content is restricted or removed, and accounts with serious or repeated violations may be suspended or terminated. For content involving child safety we keep evidence and cooperate with the competent authorities as required by law. If you disagree with a review result, you can appeal in the app or email govoko01@gmail.com.

Sensitive content and artistic nudity

You can mark your own work as sensitive content. When you do, you must confirm that everyone in the picture is an adult and has agreed to being shared. Sensitive content cannot be published to the public market and cannot have a star unlock; it can be used in the secret market and with share links.

Artistic works containing nudity can be shared only after a human reviewer has confirmed them as artistic works with the consent of adults: they cannot go to the public market, cannot have a star unlock, and can go to the secret market or be shared with a link. The system never approves this kind of content automatically.

People who view sensitive content must be 18 or older and must turn on “Show sensitive content” in settings, and each item still needs another tap on “Show”; the content is hidden by default. Explicit sexual content, and nudity or sexual content involving minors, can never be shared.

Daily sharing limits for free accounts

Free accounts can currently share up to 20 photos and 3 videos per day. These limits may be adjusted for operational needs. Days are counted in the account’s time zone; every share that needs review counts, including share links and the market; sharing the same already-approved media elsewhere does not need another review and is not counted again.

Attribution watermark on edited copies

Media copies saved with the editing tools carry an Aitun attribution watermark that includes the Aitun icon, the website address and your @creator ID if you have set one; if no creator ID is set, only the icon and address appear. Adding the attribution watermark does not cost stars.

Originals, media that is only uploaded without editing, and system-generated thumbnails and previews do not carry this attribution watermark. The protection watermark used for sharing is separate and is handled by the server.

Stars and virtual points

Stars are virtual points inside the app. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. The current version does not offer paid purchases of stars or subscriptions. How stars are earned and used is as explained in the app and shown in the star ledger; we may adjust the rules and will tell you in the app. When an account is deleted, the stars in it expire with it.

Inactive accounts

If a free account has not signed in for 24 consecutive months, we will notify you once by email and once by push notification at 30 days and again at 7 days before deleting its media; if there is still no sign-in, we delete the media in the account. The account itself is kept, and you can sign in and keep using it later. This rule applies only after the service has been available for 24 months, and we will announce it again before it starts to apply.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or end part or all of the service; material changes will be announced in advance in the app or on the official website. If you violate these terms or the law, we may restrict features, suspend or terminate your account.

You can delete your account in the app at any time; see the account deletion page and the Privacy Policy for how it works and how long data is kept. Deleting the app or signing out does not delete your account.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will never be lost; please keep your own backups of important media. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Depending on the law where you live, some rights or liabilities cannot be excluded or limited; those rules are not affected by these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service are subject to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you have consumer-protection rights under the law where you live that cannot be excluded, or may bring a claim before a local court or authority, those rules are not affected by these terms.
